Our rendition of Bay Rum, Sailor's Bay uses West Indies bay leaf essential oil with vanilla, nutmeg, and cloves to replicate the spicy scent of the traditional fragrance. Sailors in the 1800s who were awfully smelly from weeks at sea, began steeping the leaves of the West Indies bay tree in rum and using it as a cologne, hence the scent was born. Sailor's Bay has a nautical look with a blue and ivory stripe with a special barnacle texture on the top.
